This "Notice" is to advise of the upcoming merger between Market Street Physiotherapy and Queen Street Physiotherapy. Through this merger Market Street Physiotherapy clients will be gaining access to larger treatment areas, an adjoining fully equipped gymnasium and a 25 meter swimming pool for treatment and rehabilitation purposes.
From Monday 27 June 2011 all bookings will be taken at the Queen Street Physiotherapy location. Queen Street Physiotherapy is located inside of the Tattersall’s Club on the corner of Queen and Edward Streets (just 250 meters walk from Market Street Physiotherapy). To locate Queen Street Physiotherapy, enter the Tattersall’s Arcade (shops on ground level) from either Queen or Edward street and walk to the centre of the arcade. Enter the Tattersall’s Club, take the lift to level 5 and we are next door to the gymnasium.
Stephanie Geraghty will be moving to our Queen Street Physiotherapy location and treatment for current clients will continue as usual. All patient notes will be moved to the Queen Street Physiotherapy location and practitioners will have full access to details of any past treatment undertaken at Market Street Physiotherapy.
We are very excited to be bringing these new facilities to our Market Street Physiotherapy clients. We hope you find your way to Queen Street Physiotherapy next time you require treatment.
Kind regards,
Market Street Physiotherapy
